Create a project

Enter the permit address, scope, municipality, and permit number. Select the trade and inspection type.

Assign your technician

Route the inspection to the right field tech. They get a trade-specific guided checklist for exactly what to capture.

Choose recording or live queue

Your tech can record a 3-8 minute guided walkthrough or join the Live Inspection Queue for real-time guidance from an Inspektr inspector.

Submit and track

Submitted inspections move to Under Review, and your tech sees the status change in the app. Live queue inspections are completed on the call instead.

A Florida-licensed inspector watches the video and checks every item against a standardized code checklist. No scheduling, no site visit needed.

You get a documented result

Pass, corrections needed, or re-record request. If something needs fixing, you get specific notes on what to address. Everything is timestamped.

Report goes to the jurisdiction

The approved inspection report gets submitted to the building department for permit closeout. Full audit trail from recording to close.
