Yes. Inspektr supports a Florida Private Provider inspection workflow that is legally recognized under state law—meaning a properly documented Private Provider inspection can be used in lieu of the jurisdiction’s inspection, with the outcome recorded and supported by the required compliance documentation. All municipalities in Florida are required to accept these inspections.
